It's a great day when someone gets employed!
It's a fantastic day when TWO people get employed!
That's right, two people who have been unemployed for a while and live in the North-side area start this week with a landscaper.
It's exciting to see things progress so fast!
That brings the total to NINE folks who have gotten jobs in just the last month!
Good news keeps coming!
Over the weekend I ran into some old friends who have expressed an interest in getting involved with the Homeless Initiative and then today, I received an email from some more friends who said that they wanted to jump in as well!
What a day!
I want to say thanks to all the folks who took a chance to hire someone who has a past!
I would encourage anyone who reads this, that if you are in a position to hire someone please take a chance and allow someone an opportunity to help themselves to get a fresh start.
That's what happens when people care!
