I ran into Geraldine on my early morning prayer walk the other day.
Geraldine is the school bus driver, who is my Angel (mentioned on previous posts).
She began to share with me the idea that Spring is a great time to celebrate Easter!
Easter is about our risen Lord. It's about a new life that is given to us through Christ who defeated death!
Geraldine suggested that I look around early in the morning on my walk and see the leaves coming out, the flowers sprouting out of the beds, the songs of birds hatching new born, the grass getting greener and so much more. There is a newness to nature this time of year.
Make sure you stop and smell the roses!
