Above is a picture of Lucy my granddog.
A granddog is a dog owned by a child and then left behind to live with the child's parents - thus the name granddog.
Lucy has the run of the house!
Tuesday morning I was going through my normal routine, go down stairs and feed Lucy and then put her out to do her business.
This particular morning she was not to be found in her usual spots, on the couch, in her chair or on her bed.
I went looking for her.
To my surprise she was curled up in bed with David, both of them sound asleep!
Lucy is David's care partner!
Lucy and David have found their place to lay their head down and sleep.
Nothing like a good nights sleep!
Now I know where to find Lucy.
